Is there any specific procedure for the slide out? I have a 2006 view. Tried it yesterday for the first time and it’s not sliding. New cab batteries, started the rv, started the generator, and still nothing when I hit the button.

I understand this video is 6 years old, however I am buying this exact same toy hauler used this week. The person I am buying it from is the original owner and he told me that when he bought it new that it did not include the patio kit for the ramp door. I am curious if you guys as a dealer can order the exact same patio kit including the railing system from Lippert or even Morryde as I really would like to utilize the patio option and the railing is most important as I have a child that I don't want walking or falling off the edge if left unattended for a brief moment.
